Request a customized Bilingual Interview to gauge your candidate’s Japanese language and business cultural skills

What to expect:

  1. The receipt will include instructions on the next steps, which includes scheduling a 30-minute Zoom consultation call with the employer and Kasia to confirm understanding of the bilingual interview procedure and expectations. The employer will be requested to submit certain documents before this call.
  2. A 30-minute Zoom interview with the candidate and Kasia, in which the the employer is encouraged to attend. The interview will ascertain:
    • basic business Japanese level (English > Japanese, Japanese > English)
    • speaking/listening and reading/writing levels
    • capabilities of honorifics
    • Note: there will be no usage of industry-specific terminology.
  1. A written exercise will be emailed to the candidate at the end of the interview to determine reading and writing skills, which must be completed and emailed back to Kasia within 30 minutes.
  2. The employer will receive a written candidate review within 24 business hours.
